[pnpgm] Dispell

After healing folks Z'leyra will go and cast Orient Self EL0 then 
Detection on the spell that paralyzes Farseeker. Then she will cast 
through her staff a Purification (EL just enough to minimize the 
possibility of Abysmal Failure) for a Dispell, a Detection EL0 to see if 
the Purification spell worked and a Dispell Chaos spell cast through her 
staff at the lowest EL that will work (she would use Dispell Elder if it 
would work, but the EL is likely too low) on the spell keeping Farseeker 
paralyzed. Then she will dispell the paralysis on each person the same 
way. If necessary she will recast failed spells.
