[pnpgm] Some more time and fast travel plans

Ha'Kell will use the time wisely.  Getting his translated books, studying, and trying to work to bring down Mr. Smith.  Then the teleport.  [No need to do more than that, I don't want to bog down the main adventure.  At some point we can revisit these days if necessary.]

Had a 99% chance of it coming out today.
But started 3.5 hours later than wanted.
