Major Wounds (Expanded Tables)

The following table is an adaptation of the Major Wounds table, to make some types of damage more realistic. The table above is also available for separate downloading

58 Lower spine cut. Character loses all use of lower body. [S/2 A/3] Lower spine crushed. Ability to move rapidly and handle heavy weights severely impaired. [S/2 A/2 St-4] Back muscles torn (punctured and twisted). reduced ability to carry heavy loads, constant pain. [S/2 A-4 St-10]
59 Major head wounds and concussion [I-4 Ap-4 E-4] Severe concussion (skull fracture). [I-6 Em-6 E-6] Head punctured (brain pierced). Severe loss of motor control or mental capacity [I/2 or D/2 or E/2]
60-62 Minor head wounds and concussion [I-1 Ap-2 E-1] Slight concussion (skull fracture). [I-2 Em-2 E-2] Head punctured (brain pierced). Slight loss of motor control or mental capacity [I-4 or D-4 or E-4]
63-64 Eviserated (belly torn open). BL d6* slow death until repaired. [C-15] Internal damage (crushed lungs or other organs). Hard to catch breath. [St-10] Major perforation (major organ punctured). BL d6 slow death until repaired. [C-15]
65-68 Torso lacerated (between ribs). [C-3] Broken ribs. [C-4] Puncture produces hernia. Severe pain. [St-5]
69-72 Left arm severely gashed, does not heal properly. [D-4] Left arm severely dislocated, does not heal properly. [D-3] Puncture tears arm muscles, does not heal properly. [D-2]
